My name is Toby Beyer and I am the owner of Second Chance Sawmill of Texas. I grew up in Stephenville, Texas and now Amanda and I live here as well. After woodworking, doing custom furniture builds and epoxy resin design, I noticed a need in this area for more access to reasonable priced wood and milling services.

Our motto “Giving old or downed trees new life” comes from my experiences and lessons I’ve learned in life. It’s never too late to discover what your passion is or turn something that’s down into something new.

Sam Heizer is a long time resident of Granbury, Texas. His love for wood brought him and I together. After years of purchasing wood from us, he grew to love the concept and process of Second Chance and decided to join the team!
